5th Annual Great Strides Walk

Thank you to everyone for such a terrific event! There were some fantastic fundraisers done on the side to generate some huge "Team" totals!

We are very proud of Edmonton, as we had 4 Teams in the Top 10 position for fundraising, and 2 Top Walkers from across Canada!!

Our preliminary total is over $150,000.00!!That is incredible!

Thank you again to everyone that was involved with the Great Strides walk this year, it is because of you that we continue to raise these incredible amounts of money to help find a cure or better control for cystic fibrosis!

We had three sponsors that helped provide entertainment, and I would like to thank Hahn & Houle, and Stitchery more for making it possible to have the Edmonton Valley Zoo & the Balloon Princess out for the children to enjoy. Thank you to World Health Club, as they were gracious enough to provide us with the pre-walk warm up and two fantastic raffle items!

Maria from Snow Valley is absolutely the best, and she has an incredible crew working for her. Thank you for making our lunch run smoothly, for donating "hot" coffee for us at the very last minute & for all of your help with this year's walk!
